North Haven House is currently based out of my home on Gull Lake, AB and this website is my only store. I do not have a physical location but follow along on Instagram @north_havenhouse to hear when I'll be selling at local markets.

We ship anywhere within Canada and the United States. We do accept orders shipping to P.O. boxes. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

All the fabrics sourced for our products are second hand or dead stock. All the packaging materials we use for shipping are naturally biodegradable and/or recyclable. Our goal as a company is to create zero plastic waste and to limit what new materials we use and put out onto the planet.

North Haven House is currently under the threshold for paying GST on our product sales so we do not charge you that tax. We will notify our customers when that changes in the future.

North Haven House was built to represent my work as an artisan and all the different ways I would like to branch out creatively in the future. Operating under that name is simply an alternative to branding my own name which I didn't want to do for privacy and marketing reasons. At this time I wouldn't consider selling someone else's work under NHH but a collaboration would be interesting! Send me an email if that's something you'd like to talk about.
